she lives in london and she works as a waitress in some kind of restaurant. we're both asian, but i speak english fluently and she doesn't speak a l**k of English.

She can work in hotels. They usually have some entry level positions for people with no English. There are also other alternatives for non-English speaking folks, they normally will be low pay unless she is some kind of a subject matter expert.
