According to my guide book during this event it have a firework at night on that day is it true? Are the firework very grand? or just a normal want? Worth for me to change my itinerary just for this event?

  1. Do you mean to tell us that you are planning 9 months ahead? The Natale di Roma is on April 21st  (the mythical foundation of the city was set at 21.4.  753 BCE), it is more of an intimate celebration, with processions (Mummery), exhbitions and a re enactment of  the ancient Roman rites. Quite interesting and well worth a rerouting. But Fireworks? Nothing really special, the historical and artistic events are more interesting and I fully agree that Rome itself is well worth a visit, even if you already know it.

  2. change your itinerary?  Will you be moving through the area without stopping in Rome?  What more would there be for you to see.  Attend Rome for the other sites, not just the fireworks.
