  1. It's a load of twaddle and it can mean exactly anything the twerp who quoted it wants it to mean.

Too simple.  Consider: One's actions vs. one's thoughts.  They are one, yet conflict and may not match.  To find a connection is to be connected with one's self, and in that can begin to be completed: One.  'Fully unto ourselves'.  When one connects, soon it may become more obvious that all are connected to The One.  And one (being an individual) is in fact more than merely one.  Ponder: Puzzle Pieces...now fit the pieces together...step back...and the once distorted image becomes clear.
