"Open with" virus i getting on my nerves?

ok like i downloaded this "mixtape" per say thing and it jacked up my computer, every time i try to open something it pops up with the open with choose the program you want to open this file box, and i dont want to keep doing this, and plus sometimes it doesnt work when i choose the file, like aim, i already tried fixdrive, and that didnt work. any more things i could try?

The virus has unregisted the exe file extension.  You'll need to do a few steps to completely fix the system:

1) Run this .EXE File extension fix, it'll repair the computer so you can open things again:

2) If you're having any other oddities check out the other virus related change fixes:

After that you should be fine.  Do the first fix right away though so you can start to use the computer again.  Let me know how it goes.
