Not really. It depends on some person's opinion of whether that person should be considered a man or a woman. The person was born one way, but decided to sort of go another way. I mean we really know the gender of the person anyway, but you have to take news headings as you choose. The media does lie though.

Its is not a man.Its DNA is woman it is a woman.If I woke up tomorow and decided I should have been born a black man and change my skin color  would people have to accept me as a black man?

"He" was born a woman and gave birth no differently than any other woman does.

He is a man. He was born a woman, yes. But he is now LEGALLY a man. So our media is not lying.
