"Pretty Disease"?

In 00/01 I read an article in Seventeen magazine about a so-called "pretty disease". The disease enhances classically attractive feminine features, like the eyes and mouth, while minimizing less attractive ones (nose). Any ideas which disease they were talking about?

I'm pretty sure it was scleroderma.

I can't find anywhere that anyone else referred to it as "the pretty disease," but I remember the article. I couldn't find anything online about positive effects on your features, but that makes sense, because I'm pretty sure that the overriding theme of the article was that it's a terrible illness.
