"Program not responding"

Question

I created a table in Word Perfect 12, entered text, and then selected "Select All" and "Format" and it froze. At the top, it says the program is not responding. I definitely do not want to re-do this table. How do I get back to the table and save and print it. (Forget the format change!). Thanks.
