"Promotional Period" for Allure's Free Stuff Giveaway

Allure's Free Stuff giveaway is going on right now, and I'm unsure about what the promotional period is.

They say the "first 500" people to sign on at 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 pm will win something, but the fine print says only one email address per 'promotional period'. Is the promotional period the one hour until the next prize, or one day, or the whole month?

I'm just wondering if it is worth it to sign up every hour to try and win each small prize....

I believe the promotional period is the hour between giveaways. I  only enter once every hour (I just missed the 1pm giveaway today (T_T)).

The promotional period begins new every hour.

I was wondering, do you go by your cell phone time for each hour so you are exactly on the hour or what? How do you know the exact time?

How do you know if you are one of the first ### people?
