"Red File" from Good Housekeeping Magazine.?

Question

About a year ago the Indian edition of the Godd Housekeeping magazine carried an article about maintaining a "Red File".It was basically an article about how important it was keep a xerox copy of certain important documents and it carried a list.

I am looking for a copy of the article or if anyone know which month and year issue carried the article
