Shiva being their Deity and Auge meaning EYE in german, literal is Shina Eye but you cannot translate literally its just the rules of the grammar so to say Eye of Shiva you say Shivas Auge"

Shiva is a Hindi God and Auge means "eye" so the eye of Shiva is meant
