"Small countries" in Epcot (Disney World)?

Anybody who is familiar with Epcot knows there are mini versions of other countries surrounding a lake. I've been there twice but sadly didn't truly EXPERIENCE any of them aside from Japan. Which "country" is your favorite, how is the food, and why is it your favorite?

  1. The Norway pavilion is so much fun because of the Maelstrom ride. As far as eating somewhere, I love going to Les Chefs de France. The food is always sooo good! I also enjoy the Moroccan pavilion. The tile work is so amazing! I also enjoyed the watching the bellydancer that they have during the dinner show. She even shows the little kids some moves!

  2. I loved the maelstrom ride in Norway.  They had an awesome bakery too.

I had just been to England a few months before my trip, so I loved the Britain section.  They had a really cool "Beatles" band playing there, and the pub was fun!

The brats and k***t in the German section were so yummy!

They had a cool sake store in Japan.

  3. I like Norway's ride Malestrom. I like the food from Italy. And I like the decor of Japn.

  4. I really like Norway.

I haven't had any of the food in there, but I have always loved their culture.

Plus, the Maelstrom ride is pretty cool.

World Showcase is truly amazing and is a definite must see at Walt Disney World.  You can spend so many hours just walking through each store and finding really cool things about each country.

  5. I think it was the Italy one, where I bought this really pretty ring at :]

  6. CHINA, we ate at the best resturant that i have ever eaten at and i loved it everytime we go we eat there but for the other meal of the day we try something different and go to the other countries but i dont really like chinese food but it is amazing there

  7. My favorite is probably the United Kingdom.  I love the cottages and shops, the musicians and entertainers - especially the British Invasion, and just the atmosphere.  The pub food is really good too!

  8. You've got to go to MEXICO! It's amazing, the inside is sooo truly awesome you just would have to experience for yourself! The Food isn't anything extradorinary INSIDE but right outside there is this little "cantina" and it has really really really good mexican food! And theres this certain smell when you walk into the big myan pyramid, it's not food, I don't know what it is, but now when I smell it I just imagine thats what the real mexico smells like. lol. But I have to say Japan was a good one, I really liked china toO! But Norway has the good ride, but mexico has a ride, but it's not as good as norway, and I LOVE Morroco, if you actually go into the little "town" of morroco, it makes you feel like your really there, you should also try to the food there, it's really good, and the resturant has free entertainment, "BellyDancers" there all sooo pretty, wouldn't bring your husband there lol. But Ive been to disney world MANY times and always visit epcot and the countries, you should definietly check it out and get the full EXPERIENCE!

  9. Well, I liked it all but probably going through Italy and France were my favorites probably because of the views.  As for the food, we ate in Mexico at the counter service on the lake and it was amazing food.  We also did the Chef de France and discovered quickly that we shouldn't have.  Service was absolutely terrible that night and to this day I'm grateful I don't know what it was I ate.

  10. The Italian section is great & I love the restaurant!

For shopping I like the Japanese department store.

I just wish there were more rides in the World Showcase.

    :o)
