"Sonny", Dale JR's unknown brother?

He said "Sonny" was an unknown brother no one knew about in a interview with Lindsay Czarniek (sp?) at practice in Chicago. Does any one know who he is, or is Junior paranoid?

Ive heard it could be a stepbrother from his moms 2nd marriage. It could also just be a friend, nickname for someone. Hes just probably tryin to mess with people watchin.
