"Steam" behind the ocular lense.

Thank you to those who have answered my question, thus far. I have had a cataract operation and this "clouding" only last a an hour or so. I explained to my eye doctor. He seemed unconcerned and was the one that said it was "steam". I wonder if it has anything to do with the sports training I doing. Also, could the humidity of Japan, be causing this?

  1. id suggest replacing your contacts regularly, and washing them more than once a day.also, keep the case slosed and rinse them b4 and after they r in your eyes,replace your case 1 a week, and wash it every day contact me4 me info
