"The Clique" Readers!!

Question

1.) I tried downloading the Claire Avatar (summer collection) for my niece from the book website but nothing happens!! What do I do?

2.) Where can I download the Kristen avatar (summer collection) for my niece? I missed the month of Kristen. (I have already tried iconator.com but I only found Massie, Alicia, and Dylan.)

They have avatars for all the girls.
