Unobtainium is not a real element. This is a word used to describe some that is very rare, expensive, or just "unobtainable".

Also, you could not design a craft to penetrate into the center of the earth. Pressures and temperatures are too high for any metal to protect any human occupants. In fact, we don't have the technology to even send unmanned probes very far into the earth.
