"The Pulse" with mia micheals, shane sparks..?

i'm taking that workshop next week in NYC, the 4 day one.

is anyone else going?

also, if theres anyone out there who has already taken this class, any advice?

my teacher and her sister went... they learned a lot... they said that it went fast but they really enjoyed the time...

put your ALL into it

they really do notice

when doing the combinations in groups,try as hard as you can to get front and center before anyone else. they love that

it might be hard to follow along at first, but as long as you have some of the technique and alot of passion, they'll love you

Mia's class killed me but it was phenomenal. If Brian is going to be there i suggest you take his class.

ALWAYS perform full out! Even if there is hardly room. If you want to get noticed when they tell you to do something, DO IT! Wear flashy outfits to get noticed, it helps at least.

This is a life changing experience you are blessed to be going.
