"There are NO open casting call!"?

What does that mean? Does that mean you have to have experience in acting specifically or have to have an experience in something that will benefit your role in a movie production?

This is for a video resume for a movie production casting.

It means you have to have an agent who will get you an audition - the casting call is not open to anyone who wants to wander in off the street to audition.
