The punishment should be by hanging but unfortunately these killers will be tried by a court in the Hague and under EU law the death sentence has been abolished so the best they can now get is life.

Well Michael w says it all really as soon as these people reach the Hague they will never be executed.

If you want revenge for such atrocities I'm afraid the war crimes tribunal isn't the place.

The trials go on years as seen with Milosevic he died before his ended, and even when convicted they live a life of relative luxury, so really those sent there have got away with it even before the trial starts  I'm afraid .

Catching and convicting all those who volunteered to commit those atrocities is impossible but the leaders should share the same punishment as Rudolf Hess.
