"Unknown disK"

I have an LG RH 4820. The player no longer reads any disks. The error messgage reads 'unknown disk please try again'. If see that message again I am going to go mad. I have cleaned with the recommended disk cleaners, to no avail. I spent £300 on my player only two years ago and now it is effectiveley useless. I would like the name and address of your complaints department to request a refund. If this is not forthcoming I shall make it my mission to slate LG products with everyone I know.
