"Until we meet again" flower or other symbols?

Question

I want to get a tattoo in memory of a friend who passed away a few months ago and I was thinking about maybe getting a flower that symbolizes "until we meet again". However, I am having a difficult time finding the meaning of flowers that specific. I really want to get a flower but if there are any symbols that have the same meaning that you know of I would really like to know. Thanks so much!

Forget-me-not might be a conventional choice, though it has a number of meanings to different groups.... might get you mistaken as a Newfoundlander, a Mason or a member of a couple of service organizations.  <g>
