George W. Bush disagrees with United States Supreme Court Ruling in RE: the political detainees at Gitmo.

Does this mean that Geaorge W. Bush disagrees with United States Constitution as it is written?

    George Bush doesn't believe in no stinking laws.  That is why every time he signs one, he writes a separate paragraph that says he will follow the law only if it is convenient for him called a signing statement and he has written hundreds.
