"Waaay Better than Fast Food...?"?

Wendy's new slogan is "It's waaay better than fast food. it's Wendy's"

isn't Wendy's a fast food restaurant?? how can they say that they're better than.... what they are?

I agree haha.  They are fast food, but I think the slogan is meant to say that their food is better than other fast food places.  So technically they're fast food, but they taste (atleast in my opinion) way better than McDonald's, Hardee's, etc.

Yeah, that's what I think too.  I think they're trying to say that it's healthier than other fast food restaurants.

but I get your point, I think they are saying that even though they are fast food, its doesn't taste that way, which is waay untrue.

haha my family and I make fun of that slogan all the time.  I have know idea what they mean, the sell burgers, fries, soft drinks, etc.  Thats what fast food is!

it means its better then regular fast food (McD's, BK, etc.). Wendy's IS fast food tho... and its my fave!! that is my opinion [=
