"Wal-Mart" how can they do better?

There’s the Wal-Mart you see every day,and the Wal-Mart with which you may be less familiar. Whether we’re lowering prices or lowering greenhouse gas emissions, we are guided by a set of enduring values and a culture that continually asks “How can we do better?”

I need to write an essay about How Wal-Mart can do better for it's customers, associates and community as a whole.

everyone is thinking about the customer no one does **** for employees we the ones that are treated like c**p...................um bullshit they are doing for the better

Walmart is not pro-employee.

I have worked for Wal-Mart for 10 years. i do like it there. The are very flexible and pay me good. Over the past few months I have seen a change in some things that I feel are pulling from that "family feel". I see it getting greedy now. Possibly its downfall.
