"We're sorry, the system is busy"?

Question

I've been trying to change the default city that shows up in my email for weather. I've been trying for days and every time it says the system is busy and to try later. How can it be busy for days?

yahoo is so big the servers are overloaded more and more  every day

must be that in your area   the  servers

are  over worked  and  yahoo needs more of them set up
