"What are the advantages of attending a laptop university" SCHOLARSHIP?

there is an oportunity to win money for school. I need it. i have some ideas already but whenever i write an essay for scholarships..i never win. maybe i suck at writting. the question to be answered is: "What are the advantages of attending a laptop university".

What do they mean by a "laptop university"?  I've worked at universities for 30 years and have never heard of such a thing.  Do they mean a university which provides each freshman with a laptop, one which requires everyone to have a laptop, or are they using this as a term for an online university?
