"Who did you root for in the Derby"?:)?

WE WERE HOPING THAT BIG BROWN WOULD WIN, BUT HOW FANTASTIC, AND SAD FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO EIGHT BELLES"!;( "SHE SURE WAS A FIGHTER TILL THE END, AND SHE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN"!

I wanted to see Big Brown break from that 20 spot and do something with it.  And he did.  Amazing.

I also rooted for Eight Belles, you always get a cheer a fellow lady on.

I wanted denis of cork to win but i kinda figured that big brown would win So i key big brown over eight belles and denis of cork so i had a nice pay day

I rooted for Gayego, who was ridden by Mike Smith. It was really sad and kind of ruined the whole Derby when Eight Belles had to be euthanized.  She was a fighter though, and I really felt so sorry for Larry Jones, the trainer!

i wanted big brown too and he won,,im so mad at myself for not putting any money on him, just my luck,,and yes i cried when they had to put beele down, thats sad, a horse aint got a chance when they hurt their self, she was soooo pretty.

I was rooting for Eight Belles and I was so proud of her when she crossed the line with a convincing performance in front of 18 boys.  Then 5 minutes later she was dead.

I'm still really proud of her.  Now she's running with Ruffian and Barbaro forever on the great polytrack in the sky.

I bet on Monba (who finished 20th i.e. last)

Once Monba stopped, I was cheering on Mr. Big Brown to win the Derby. He did. Now I hope he wins the Triple Crown.

I told my aunt to bet big brown, eight belles, and denis of cork I was so mad when i found out she didnt make the bet and insead of denis of cork she put in the 6.

Yesterday morning me and my cousin were reading the article in the paper about the Derby, we both wanted Pyro to win but both thought Big Brown would win.

I was really happy that he did, and super happy that Eight Belles was second, but as soon as they showed her down on the track my eyes filled up with tears.

(We wanted Pyro to win because we thought it would be cool if he won the Derby right after placing 10th in his last race - at least he was up there a little...lol)
