I left my company because of a heated argument..and i feeling that i am descriminated.

Now that I am attending some interviews, what is the right way to answer the interviewee's question, "Why did you left your previous company?"

  1. Well, answering "I don't know how to control my anger" would probably not land you many positions outside of the WWF. No matter how badly you want to (or how much they deserve it), do NOT speak ill of your former employer.

Take a looksee at this article for some ideas as to what to say. I like this one:

"After thinking about why I left, I realize I should have done some things differently. That job was a learning experience and I think I'm wiser now. I'd like the chance to prove that to you. "
