"Windows is not currently managing your wireless network" how do I solve?

Question

My laptop recently diagnosed this problem with the connection to the internet, and I (accidentally) managed to find the thing to let Windows manage my connection again, and the internet worked fine.

Then today the problem is back, and I can not for the life of me find the same thing I found yesterday.

Can anyone tell me where it is/what I do?

I did both of the above neither worked.  Wireless Zero Configuration is Automatic and Started.  No change.  About the 2nd answer:  What do I do when I get to Network Connections?
