"Wish at 11:11" only limited to AM?

Soo...

Make a wish at 11:11

but it only works if you look at the time randomly

and see 11:11

It doesn't work if you expect it.

Some people say they only make a wish

at 11:11 AM

because at night (PM)

11:11 PM is actually 23:11

But to me there are "NO RULES" whatsoever in "11:11 Make a Wish!"

In a 12 hour clock 11:11 PM is 11:11 PM not 23:11

It's confusing me...

it works however, just make a wish and it will come true if you really believe in it.

11:11 PM should work too.  If it says 11:11, make a d**n wish! :)

There are all kinds of variables.. like what if your clock isn't exactly on time?  Or what if it's 11:11 in another time zone but it says 8:11 on your clock?

Don't think so much into it.  If it's 11:11, just make your wish.  BELIEVE your wish will come true and it probably will.  That's the concept in the book, "The Secret."  You should check it out if you're supersticious.  It's a good read.

there are no rules when making a wish,11:11 or other wise.but confusing yourself with all these other questions & you will never get around to makeing a wish
