I just purchased a monthly subscription to "Y! Unlimited To Go" and started out with problems. First, I kept getting messages saying that I have too many machines. I fixed that problem, but now I keep getting this message:
"Device transfer license not found"
each time I drag and drop the songs to my COMPATIBLE player.
I've followed the directions given on the help page (the installing & re-installing issue), but that hasn't helped a bit. I still keep getting the error message.
Now, I know my device is compatible with Y! Music because I've bought music and drag and dropped it.
