if the moderator has banned you, there is no way for you to un-ban yourself

you could try e-mailing the group owner and ask why you have been banned - the e-mail address should be on the front page, or will be [groupname][e-mail]

the owner banned you, you cant fix tis or join that group- sorry

I am the moderator of 2 groups. The people who are banned from my groups earned it. I suspect you must have too!
