Like this it doesn't mean anything. Maybe there is something after "juste"? Literally it means "No lie loves/likes fair".

This is a medieval turn of phrase whereby the word order is inverted,  the negative is placed at the start of the sentence and the subject is placed at the end without an article in front. It is probably a family motto appearing on a family's coat of arms.

"Un juste" is "a just or righteous man." In  modern French the sentence would run " Un juste n'aime aucun mensonge" which translates into "A righteous man likes no lie" in English.
