  3. The traditional deli cut from Bologna is "mortadella" and it seems that "Bologna" deli meat is linked with it because it's similar...but believe me, once you will try "mortadella" you will realize that they are different!

    Sometimes to the Italian "mortadella" pistachios are added and usually it's cut very finely. Another difference is that in "mortadella" you will see a bit of round patches of fat...but its all good!
