"cougar" hot on my trail and goin into unfamiliar territory here.?

about 3 months ago, a woman moved in to an apartment next to mine. it is visibly clear that she is constantly flirting with me and i can tell she is hinting on me to "do" her(she's horny as h**l!). she does have a hot body for someone her age and freshly divorced, i have politely hinted to her im not interested in engaging in a serious relationship currently, but she doesn't seem to mind. Should I feel sorry for her circumstances and satisfy her curiosity? or is this nothing more then a form of emotional blackmail?

Is this such behavior typical of a newly divorced middle aged woman? I have never been in a situation like this before i have only been with girls more my age (18 to 25)....what would you do if in my position? (im 23 and shes 36)

Be upfront that you are not interested in a relationship.  If she is fine with that and you are attracted to her, you have the green light to tap that until you move onto something better and younger.

You only live once, have some fun and give her a spin. Older women are fun, they know things you can't imagine. ;) Ya never know, she might teach you a thing or two for you to use on your girlfriends.

It doesn't have to be a serious relationship, just a friend with benefits.

Oh yeah, make sure to use a rubber and flush it when your done with it.

You can't categorize every older divorced woman into one profile - each will react differently, depending on her personality and her life experiences.

If you are not interested in s*x with this woman, try avoidance.  Keep in mind if you do have s*x with her, keep it safe s*x!  There's every possibility her ex was roaming or she's hit on other men before you - so stay alive and disease free.

If you follow the keri gee's advice, I think your problem will be solved very fast... LOL!  Cougar will think you're nuts.

if she didnt live next door prob go for it but if it doesnt work just problems.... yes newly divorced women like to know that they are still attractive etc. Maybe work up a bit more of a friendship so you know exactly what the go is and would be if that were to happen.  gl

Since this woman is your neighbor -- living right next door --it would probably be EXTREMELY awkward to "do" her and then have things not exactly work out.  It could very well turn into some form of emotional blackmail, for either of you.

Usually, newly divorced women who are "horny as h**l", and make it well known, are insecure and need to be reassured that they are still desirable.  Are you ready for the responsibility that would involve?  Are you ready to validate this woman's feelings?  Are you prepared to "satisfy her curiosity" whenever she pleases?  Are you prepared to lose your privacy?  Think about it -- she lives right next door -- and will consider you to be at her beck and call, all the time, every day.

That's a lot to consider -- is it worth it to you?

As far as answering what I would do in your position .... well, that's up to you.  Can't say I can really comment on that -- and by the way, ummm, age 36 is NOT middle aged.  At your age, if she is old enough to be your mom, consider THAT middle age. LOL!

Ok, you're a real jerk.  I think it's disrespectful to refer to any women like this. Just because she's 36, you make her out to be less of a human and more of an animal by calling her a "cougar".  That's just rude and wrong on so many levels. Even though she is probably too old for you, 36 is hardly old. You're an idiot. There are lots of hot women who are aged 36+ and the vast majority are not desperados struggling to get laid.

Just look at Catherine Zeta Jones, Salma Hayek, Cameron Diaz, Christina Applegate, Angelina Jolie etc. Stop being offensive and devaluing women - it's very low class and makes you look like a total moron!
