Question:

"grey shrimp" or "crevettes gris" in the US (Los Angeles)?

I'm wondering if anyone knows what I'm talking about. I've had those in France. They're very small and are usually eaten whole from what I remember. Has anyone seen them here in the US and specifically in the LA area?

  1. Try a specialty food market. If no luck, just substitute them for regular shrimp that are the same size. Good luck!
