wow, such a long time ago, I think it was Fred, I hope that was the person's name. Whatever happened to the show, it's never on tv anymore, yet it used to be such a classic show?

I'm going to say Velma. Only because, personally, i think Fred WOULD Have said, "GANG, we need a bait, I have a plan."  Whereas, Velma would address the group as "Guys", though she'd be including Daphne (my first crush).
