"how to be funny"?literally?

how do you be funny.

I know this is a weird question but I have a reason for it. it being t hat there is this upcoming website where you can get paid to make fun of movies. It's basically a spin off of that show mystery science theater 3000. I would like to submit some stuff. but I tried to just make fun of a movie earlier and boy was I not even funny to me. well I got one in but It was to late. I do usually tell good jokes but they are all borrowed from comedians. please help.

u can play pranks or just be urself.. how do u know that ur not funny to some body else who views it?
