"most watched actors" section on netflix?

Question

how exactly does the "most watched actors" section on netflix work? I have seen and rated 7 bill murray movies, so he is in my "most watched actors." i have also seen 6 robert downey jr movies, yet he is not in my most watched actors. does anyone know how this works and if there is a certain number of movies you have to see by a certain actor to make them be in your most watched actors section.

I thought that section was "Most Watched" by netflix users, not just my personal account, so it's like, suggestions of what other people like.
