"non icon"

Question

hi..im johan from KL,Malaysia..actually..i've gota problem with my mp3-xcent xt100!i used this mp3 about over 1 year.i love it...not like other mp3 player.but 5 month ago,i've gotta prob.when i 'ON'..its appear "NON ICON & FONT-USB ONLY-DOWNLOAD TO USB"..i can't play my music..but i can still connect to my computer and hear from it.it's still can tranfer my music..but can't open from the player.i've contact LEAPFROGASIA-MALAYSIA..but no respon..i hope u can help ASAP...mm...XCENT still my fav!
