"run faster with isometric training?" Does it work?

  1. I did this for week and a half,Inever run faste rin my life. ive done weights sprints and plyometrics before. I think if you have natural fast fibers this program will work WONDERS.Theres no way lifting weights can beat this training. with weights you get stronger,with this progrma you get fast.simple as that. The only way you could do better is if you get a strong strengh base in teh off season with weights and coordination drills,and then do this.its wonderful alone and AWESOME combined


  2. It does work. Just do the program for 3-4 weeks then take 7 days off. On the 8th day, enjoy ur Usain Bolt speed. You will ahve that speed for a couple of days , and then the program will never work for you. So if you wanna run rly fast for 2-3 days , buy the program and win as much money from race bets during those 2-3 speed days ^^
