"take a look TO this" or "take a look AT this"?

Is it correct to say "take a look TO this"? Are both correct? Or only "take a look AT this"?

In My Opinion "Take A Look At this " Sounds Much Better to me but that is only my opinion.

I have never heard anybody say "take a look to this"

when wanting a person to look at something.  It's

"take a look at this".

Look to is generally used in a different sense such as

"you must look to the future and plan for retirement"

or "I need to look to the gardening.  Weeds growing

everywhere"
