I know this might be a dumb question, but I've been trying to call my friend's cell phone, and I always get the "your call has been forwarded to an automated voice system." The last occasion this happened, he said his phone was on and nearby and it didn't ring. I know he's at home now, but I'm still getting this message everytime I dial. I know I'm dialing the right number. I tried dialing the number with and without a '1' at the beginning. What might I be doing wrong?
