raccoons eating baby kittys

I have always liked the raccons and they have never been a problem untill the last two years the suddenly started killing and eating all my cats. I now have one cat left out of the 8 or so ive had in the last few years. I caught them trying to hunt my cat tonight and I dont think they'll be back. But if you are gonna kill them I suggest a shotgun. I had one try and attack me tonight after I shot it with a 9mm. took 3 more rounds to turn it and it still got away.

 Like I say I always liked raccoons, but the cats are my friends and I dont like critters eating them.
