re piercing tongue

 Hi ive just put mine back in this morning after having it out for almost 3 years, id say use a sterile earring first to check its still open i did this first and it went straight through then i got my barbell and followed the earring back through twisting it at the hard part seemed to streach the minute hole that was left from last time, hurts a little as it grabs the skin to the side and took about 5mins of turning to get through the hard scar tissue in the middle but its back and im so glad :) x
