The book is (or at least: the photographs are) by Michael Randolph and is called "Through the Mirror". It is a limited edtion of 1500 copies, published by Tracks publishers in Chorley, UK in 1993 (I think), which includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Randolph himself. You should find it at auctions (eBay etc.). If you are looking for an absolutely mint copy: I'm selling my spare copy for the right price...
