last week i stayed up early hours in the morning 3 times in a row since then i have only been getting tired around 4-5 in the morning and then i has been getting up at 1 in the afternoon lazy i no! but the problem is next week i have got to get up at 7 in the morning everyday so obviously i have got to get to sleep around 12 but at 12 o'clock i am wide awake because i have been going sleep early in the morning could somebody help and tell me what i could do to make my sleeping times back normal thanks!
