(sleeping) My body has rearranged my sleeping times help please? ?

last week i stayed up early hours in the morning 3 times in a row since then i have only been getting tired around 4-5 in the morning and then i has been getting up at 1 in the afternoon lazy i no!

but the problem is next week i have got to get up at 7 in the morning everyday so obviously i have got to get to sleep around 12 but at 12 o'clock i am wide awake because i have been going sleep early in the morning could somebody help and tell me what i could do to make my sleeping times back normal thanks!

  1. Force yourself to get up earlier one day and you'll fall alseep at a normal time that night.


  2. No medication.  Good that you are planning ahead.  Set your alarm at 7 and get up.  Force yourself to stay awake.  Go out in sunlight, that should help.  Lie down an hour or so before you want to go to sleep, whether you feel tired or not.  

  3. Take a sleeping pill, or nighttime pain reliever/sleep aid tonight to help you get back on schedule.

    Warning:  you may feel groggy and spacey tomorrow!  Coffee helps

  4. not saying you should do this every night, but for like the first few nights take nyquil or some cold medicine like that, and in one hour it will knock u out
