(small 1.5 cu. ft. refrigerator freezer, model #rf170w/rf171pss) Compressor starts, runs for approx. 15 seconds, shuts down, doesn't restart. Suspect overload protector, but no expert. Where to find parts and prices of same parts (freezer used for camping, and only cost $160)
