small round bodied, round head light brown bugs found in my childrens beds

I just found the same thing on my bed.  I've been doing some research and they are NOT bedbugs because they are round blackish, brown beetles, not flat reddish brown.  It looks to me that they are "carpet beetles".  I have found them on my bed and my walls just in the last week, and I just lifted my mattress and I already see some under my bed.  The best thing to do is wash everything, vacuum, and even check any small place like mattress cracks or bed frames.  They are harmless but I sure don't want them crawling around my bed at night.
