How can you get your avatar to not be a person but be a picture?

You need a Yahoo 360 account in order to post an actual photo of your choosing. I don&#039;t have a 360 account so I don&#039;t know exactly how the pics are stored there. Should you decide to go this route, once you&#039;ve got your pic on 360, come back to YA. Click on your avatar ( gray solhouette). This takes you to your profile page. To the right of the box where your avatar is on the profile page in blue letters you will see &quot;Edit my info&quot;. Click on this and you will go to the preferences page. Scroll down about mid page and you will see info about selecting an avatar. Click on the 360 option if that&#039;s your choice. If you want to create an avatar rather than using a photo, click on &quot;Use my Yahoo avatar&quot; then &quot;Edit my avatar&quot;. Either way, scroll down and save your changes. Voila! You should then have a different avatar.
