1. If you get on a show, you will need to rent a place in LA, or wherever the studio is. They will strongly suggest that one of your parents come and live in town.

SAG rules require that the studio provide tutors for any child actor under 16 years old, to continue your education.

  2. It is very difficult to become an actress, especially on the Disney Channel. It probably will not happen, since you are new to film acting. I'm sorry if it sounds mean, but the world of acting is harsh.

If you really think you have a shot, you have to move to L.A. Then, you must go to a casting agency and get a good agent. Good agents are not cheap, so you need a lot of money. The agent will set up auditions for you, and if any casting directors like you, then you will be sent to the producers. If they like you, then you are cast.

It is a very difficult business, and once you turn eighteen, you almost always have to be in SAG to be cast. So if you really think you can do it, do it now and hopefully you'll be Taft-Hartley.

I wish you the best of luck!

  3. actinginfo.blogspot.com

    acting411.blogspot.com

    hannahmontanacasting.blogspot.com

and for an agent go to talentagents.blogspot.com and scroll down till you find city nearest you

take classes and participate in plays and build up your resume! and get headshots done and get an agent!

ok well you will make money with it so you will have to buy yourself a house if its in california but if its shooting somewhere else like canada and its only for a movie they will pay for your hotel i think and they either pay for your homeschooling or they will help you find one! and your education will be way better! it will be almost one on one teaching someitmes co stars will be there also! but i mean you can do programs to finish school earlier and to star college early!

  4. If you want to try acting, start by auditioning for plays at your school and at community theatres near your home. You can also get in touch with college theatre departments and professional theatres in your area to see if they have any upcoming auditions for performers in your age range. Also, ask if any of the nearby professional theatres offer youth acting classes.

  5. honey you wont get on the show without years of training and experience and a really good agent so i dont think you have to even ask these questions

but yes you will have to move out there and if you cant affors it they will pay for your travel and stay and maybe take it out of your pay it all just depends and the will have a school teacher there that will teachyou for about 4 hours a day

but you need to think small before you think big you dont want to give yourself false hope in thinking you have a chance if you dont have a shot at being anything but possibly an extra and extras are ussually locals because they wont pay for them to come out all the kids on disney had to work to get there and had to pay their dues so get talent and an agent and good training then in a few years maybe....
